Title Verification: Current Owners Deed Info.

Type II (Current Owner Plus): Property Search includes the following: Current Owner Deed Info, Mortgage, Judgments, Federal Liens, Municipal Liens, Bankruptcy, District Court Information, and FIPs/SMSA/Census.

Type III (Current Owner Enhanced): Property Search includes the following: Current Owner Deed Info, Mortgage, Judgments, Municipal Liens, Federal Liens, Bankruptcy, District Court Information, FEMA Flood Determination with Life of Loan Monitoring. FIPS /SMSA/Census Tract, Delinquent Tax, and legal description.

Type IV (Commercial Search Plan): Name Search includes: judgments, Federal Liens, Bankruptcies, District Court and County UCC Listings. A state UCC Search is also available for an additional fee.

Type V (Comprehensive Search with Recording): Property Search includes the following: Current Owner Deed Info, Mortgage, Judgments, Municipal Liens, Federal Liens, Bankruptcy, District Court Information, FEMA Flood Determination with Life of Loan Monitoring, FIPS /SMSA/Census Tract, Delinquent Tax, legal description, Document Recording service, and Index Verification.

Type VI (Title Insured 2 nd Mortgage Plan): Property Search provides Current Owner Deed Info and Document Recording Service, FEMA Flood Determination with Life of Loan Monitoring, FIPS /SMSA/Census Tract, legal description, recording Index Verification Service available for additional fees, Title Insurance on loans up to $500,000 for consumer home equity loans or lines of credit.
